Direct access from Dama de Elche street, through 3 façade gaps currently closed with roller blinds of different types. The area closest to the street is formed by three rectangular buildings coinciding with the upper floor of houses. The structure of this area, in the same way as the upper floors, is based on reinforced concrete pillars and concrete slabs with a ceramic vault. The bottom area of the premises is a diaphanous rectangle on the ground floor and attic, approximate dimensions 22.8 x 30.0 m, with structure of metal pillars arranged in a grid of 5.6 x 5.6 m and forged based on slab of solid concrete. The loft floor has a hole on the ground floor of approximate dimensions 10.7 x 5.4 m, in the corner of the bottom to the left. The roof of the mezzanine floor is based on a light structure of structural steel forming saw teeth and cover based on wavy fibrocement plates and translucent polycarbonate for the passage of natural light. The free height is 3.7 m in the lowest part and 4.8 m in the highest part. The local, in its interior area to the right, has a small triangular-shaped patio that allows the passage of the natural light to the loft floor and ground floor.
